1. License Grant

Relenfeize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Product;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product;
• Use the Product for unlawful purposes;
• Transfer the Product to any third party without prior written consent from Relenfeize.

3. Ownership

The Product is licensed, not sold. Relenfeize retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates and Support

Relenfeize may provide updates, patches, or bug fixes at its discretion. This Agreement applies to all such updates. Support is provided as described in our support policy, if any.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Relenfeize disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Relenfeize be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use or inability to use the Product.

8. Governing Law

9. Entire Agreement
